In 1952, Mr. Shaukat Ali Mirza established Shaukat Enterprises in Karachi, specializing in the clearance of petroleum and chemical consignments for prominent oil companies.
Through his work with leading energy companies, including Caltex and Total PARCO, he developed deep expertise in fuel operations and regulatory frameworks.
